Bottle. Koelschip, Copenhagen. Pale copper colour. Soft haze. Slim ring of white head. Nose has baked dessert apple. Fruited, bready yeast. Ripe, squashy, white grape. Some wood polish. Some new leather. Taste has more of the baked apple. A little dry and a little sour. Nice balance. Light and elegant mouthfeel. Fine carbonation. Sweet and tangy finish. Lovely stuff.

Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden amber. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of lemon, rhubarb, grapes and oak. Moderately sour, a bit fruity and moderately funky taste of grapes, some vinegar, lots of oak, rhubarb and some lemon, followed by a medium long, rather tart and woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
