From bottle @ De Prael. Golden color. oak, citrus and sulphur in the aroma. Sweetish honeyish flavor with oak. Lemon. Almost milky.

Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden amber, no head. Sourish-fruity, rather funky aroma of lemon, gooseberry, some rhubarb, barnyard and oak. Very sour, fruity and moderately funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, some rhubarb, barnyard and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart and very dry finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good!
