Frothy white head on an unclear pale golden coloured body. Minimal citrussy aroma. Medium bodied, sharp, foamy & cloying. Grapefruit, lemon & zesty citrus with a pithy finish. Cleans the palate.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma is piney and citrusy, if not overly strong. Hazy light honey gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Initial light citrus sourness before piney bitterness kicks in. A tad flat - the sourness and bitterness both fade pretty quickly into a humdrum malty finish. Eventually ends up quite quinine. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough. Inoffensive. But ultimately quite basic.
