This unfiltered, naturally carbonated lager is brewed with German Pilsner malt along with Saaz and Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops before being cold conditioned for 30 days. Crisp, clean and frizzing with classic noble hop character.

Golden, hzu with a medium white lacing head. A hoppy and fruity aroma. Medium bitter with a dry hop and malt end. Restaurant Barr, Copenhagen with wife aug 2022.

Can from HOTM. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet and fruity. Crisp clean body.

# 3072; 6/2022. Light malty, grainy and flowery aroma. Biscuit, malty, flowery, spicy, lemon, crispy, mineral, chalk. Very good lager - something between german and international pils - not typical bohemian type. 0,44 l, can (stored out of a refrigerator at the store); beer and cider shop, Firle (South England).

Can in the garden, 5th June 2021. Pours clear, nice white froth. Aroma is yeast, grass clippings, straw, brewery fresh. Taste is straw, floral, bitter, clean, some dry hay, good depth to it. Great Pilsner to enjoy as an easy drinker on a warm day, cracking

Can. Little Leeds online shop. Very light haze on a pale yellow gold. Firm and fairly thick, lasting, bright white foam. Looks well. Nose has sour and sweaty armpit. Sweet, fresh grain. Grassy, privet leaf hop. Taste has a bready malt sweetness, with a nicely punchy, grassy, privet leaf bitterness. Plenty of body with foamy, soft carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Great logger.

Burk. Ljust bröd, en gnutta smör, lite citron, men framförallt en massa nobelhumle, gräs, hö och honung. Mjuk och fyllig kropp. Toppklass!

440ml can. Clear golden amber with a light haze, big frothy white head, great retention. Aroma is malty, bready and biscuity. Taste of bready malts, citrusy lemon hops, grassy, spicy pepper, crisp, clean, and bitter finish. Medium body. Excellent lager.
