Brewed from 100% Grade A Canadian white honey. It reserved the elegant aroma, flavor and healthy ingredients of honey, and brought forth pleasant wine characteristics.

500ml, 12 alc./vol., light golden in color, transparent, sweet, features pleasant and inviting honey aroma and fruity flavors.

Best to service between 6~12℃ with light dishes and sea foods. A perfect match with Chinese hot pot, to your surprise!

Poured from leftover bottle from Renny. Clear blonde gold with no head. Soft floral honey, not a ton of depth, lightly boozy, but okay sweetness. Simple, but decent.

Pale and slight gold. This has a bit of alcohol, soft body, a bit woody, alcohol. It's got a touch of florals in the finish. I suppose it's okay.

500mL bottle from High Point. Pours clear gold. Grainy honey on the nose. Flavour has a very clean and simple honey character, a bit floral, and some boozy warmth on the finish. Nothing exceptional, but nice enough.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden. Nose is gentle, with soft floral honey, some booze, and a touch of bees wax. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet for a mead, with floral honey and light booze. Not much depth, but it’s relatively clean and drinkable for the ABV and sweetness. Pretty ordinary.

Bottle found in the wild and decanted. Medium gold body, very clear. Nice sweet honey aroma, hints of apple and cedar. Taste is floral and smooth honey, slightly sweet, good sugar and a little wet. Quite nice, very approachable.
