Smoked as to be expected from a dragon beer. This time we smoked mango and added it to a Sourire de Mortagne aged on Spanish Brandy barrels.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Blackish coloured, medium sized beige head, noticable smoke in the nose. Sweetish malty, dominant smoke, notes of rubber, spices and alcohol with tartish finish. Interesting but unbalanced.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost black. Massive smoke, sour plums, soft fruits, figs, vanilla, booze, cognac, sour berries, ash, peach, figs. Medium sweet and sour, lighter bitter. Over medium body. Very smoky. Pretty good but needs to be shared in a group.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very smoky all right! Pretty peated, caramel notes, oxidized, dried fruits, sweet impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, a bit oxidized, smoky, pretty bitter, acidic, more sourness, some tannins, bitter, smoky. Aftertaste: fruity, quite some ripe to overripe mango, more smoke, lots of alcohol, a bit sugary, nice clean acidity, caramel, good one!
