A proper west coat IPA with a strong malty backbone, Idaho 7 used in the whirlpool and dry hop for a resinous piney hop character with a 'old school' bitter finish.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a murky medium amber colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, dank hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a super dry, dank, resinous, piney, floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Tasty, but not easy to drink. A pint would have been impossible. Super dank. I think they slipped with the hop bucket!
