500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow, medium foamy head. Clove, some coriander, some banana, vanilla and elderflower, floral notes, estery and yeasty. Very mild and balanced taste, slightly acidic and slightly sweet, minimum dry bitterness. Light to medium bodied, creamy oily texture, soft carbonated. Very nice and sessionable Weißbier, which reminds on a Witbier.

Mild und weicher Antrunk. Nelke, nicht viel Frucht, aber sehr würzige Hefe. Lecker. Mild-weich, mittellang im Nachgeschmack, keine Herbe. Nicht zu süßlich, sehr schön süffig-frisch. Mild-weiche Hefe mit einer würzigen Nelkennote bleibt auf der Zunge. Ein tolles Weizen, das ganz ohne fruchtige Anklänge auskommt und trotzdem lecker ist!

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, sweets. Flavor is wheat, yeast, sweet fruity, banana, bubblegum, light citrus. Medium body, lively carbonation. 281013

Bananig herber Antrunk. Hell bleibend, geringfügig bitter. Die Hefigkeit bleibt konstant, süffig. Hell herb, weich, etwas langweilig. 10/9/9/8/8/9

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast with a touch of banana. Mildly sweet flavour of yeast and banana with subtle notes of hops and a citric touch to it. Sourish and bitter aftertaste. OK but rather anonymous.

Bottle, 5.3%. Good banana aroma, slightly sweet. Cloudy yellow colour. Big white head, not that stable. The flavour has some banana, tastes OK, and there is a good, mild lemon note. OK for the style.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is estery and dry wheaty. Dry estery, toasted malty and light banana note. Dry and estery finish.

Bottle. Hazy lemon with a firm head. Aroma is light caramel wheat. Flavour is dry fruity wheat, some caramel and a dry finish. Thin texture.

Bottled, from biershop-bayern.de. Cloudy pale golden, rich creamy head. Perfumy nose where banana meets viola and coriander. Dryish, slender and elegant. Bitterless short finish. Nicely quenching, well crafted weizen.
