Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, flowers, grass, apple cores, hay, minerals, leafs, unripe apples, alcohol. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, unripe apples, sorrel, flowers, citrus, minerals, hay, grass, apple cores, alcohol. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

From bottle at Erik and Christine’s place in Kristiansund 31.12.22. Clear pale straw colour. Almost no head. Excellently refreshing taste of sour wild apples and apple peel. Dry.

Lys lys gul klar med noe hvitt skum. Lukter røde epler og noe gjær. Middels fylde. Smaker røde epler, gjær og noe honning. Kort.

Strågul med hvitt skum/bobler. Lukter eple og litt eddik. Frisk og myk i munnfølelse. God smak av modne epler og litt krydder. Akkurat passe søt. En god en dette:-)

750 ml bottle, harvest 2021, from Vinmonopolet Etne. ABV is 7% (2020 harvest was apparently 7.5%). Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a moderate but shortlived white head. Pleasant and typical "spicy" aroma of Gravenstein apples. Semi-dry flavour of Gravenstein apples, thinner body than expected. A fairly nice cider though.

Bottle 750ml @ yngwie
Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is tart with notes of apples. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long funky, apple and dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Solsletta 010921. Straw color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, sulphur. Flavor is apple, sulphur, hay, grass, sourness, alcohol. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75 cl corked. A sparkling hay colored cider with a small white head. The aroma has lots of ripe yellow apple, with a touch of apple cores, grass and some autumn orchard. It's dry and smooth on the palate, quite effervescent, with a touch of alcohol warmth. Ripe yellow apple, some apple cores and grass and a hint of alcohol. Faint notes of sulphur. Long fruity finish. A very pleasant and tasteful one. 210901
