A roasted, mature beer. An atypical, light and refreshing brown with coppery highlights made from a subtle blend of caramelized and roasted blond malt. It is surprisingly fine.

An amber beer with a light brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of citrus and caramel. The flavor is sweet fruity with notes of wood and nutmeg, leading to a dry fruity end.

(Bottle 33 cl) Gee, where did I get this beer? I don’t remember. But it doesn’t really matter either, because these Combe Aux Loups beers are excellent. This one is filtered, dark mahogany-coloured, nice head. Malty, slightly coffeeish with a discreet sweetness. Extremely harmonic and well balanced. 091203
