We just can’t get enough hoppy beers! That’s why our newest creation, the Juke Box IPA, is a pure hop grenade. This time we played with a new yeast strain and the combo of Idaho7, Sultana and Vic Secret. Tropical notes of pineapple, peach, guava and lots of passion fruit. Pour it into the glass for a full bodied silky mouthfeel and bright yellow colour with an intense head.

Mit großer Verwunderung stellte ich fest, dass es ein neues Bier aus dem Hause Next Level gibt. Man sprigz hier auf den Hazy IPA-Zug auf und liefert ein wirklich schönes, rundes Bierchen ab, das zwar bitter ist, aber freundlich mild ist. Kann man durchaus empfehlen auch wenn das Aromenspiel die amerikanischen Hazy IPAs lustiger sind.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy bright golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy hops, citrus and grapefruit. Taste of bitter citrusy hops, bitter grapefruit, pine. Long bitter finish.

From bottle at CBF Wien. Yellow, medium hazy body, with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, passion fruit, some pine, some biscuit. Tastes similar, with more pine. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, medium dry, a bit sweet, citric, piney, zesty, fruity, with some tropical fruits. Very nice. Clean and very fresh to drink, with beautiful tropical fruits and a crisp pine spiciness. More like a West Coast style IPA. Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15
