“Fuchsbeck Bock“, Flasche (50 cl) per Post von Mein-Biershop.de. - Helles Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase breites, honigsüßes Karamelmalz, fuseliges reifes Obst, schwache Herbe. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig mit würziger Karamelnote, angenehm bittersüßem Waldhonig und leisen Anklängen an überreifes, ja fauliges Obst, abgerundet durch mild kräuterige Hopfenherbe. Mild rezent, vollmundig, fast etwas schal aber aufgelockert durch mild zitronige Noten, welche die beträchtliche Restsüße und die unterschwellige fuselige Schwere konterkarieren. Im Abgang etwas fuselig süß mit runder Bittere. - Außerordentlich gekonnter Fastenbock, der Honigsüße, Kräuterherbe und fuselige Schwere raffiniert zusammenbindet und dabei tückisch süffig bleibt. Ein Seligmacher der besonderen Art ...

Herber, wenig hopfiger Antrunk mit milder heller Malzigkeit. Farbloser Mittelteil, in dem einzig die leichte Herbe erkennbar ist. Später etwas würziger werdend, süßlich malzig. Wenig hopfiger Ausklang. 12/7/9/7/8/7

Bottle 500ml. @ PBF 2011Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sugar, aroma i very bock alike, malty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110701]

Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation.
