According to the bottle this is a collab with Wild Beer. Appearance - cloudy orange with a quickly disappearing head. Nose - proper sour base, with lanolin and horse blanket in amongst the general funk. Tart and dry red fruits somewhere if you look for them! Taste - red cherry, redcurrant, wood and massive funk. Palate - medium bodied, long and tight texture with persistent finish. Overall - yes, proper sour!

Clear deep golden. Aroma is honey brett grapes white currant some wood and funk some vanilla cream as well. Taste is sour black currant with horse blanket and wood flavours. Very complex and punching sourness. Incredible!

33cl bottle. A almost clear dark golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour grapes, lot of brett, oak, red fruits. Taste of sour red fruits, red grapes, oak, brett, some vinegar.
