Der untergärige, vollmundige Klassiker mit goldgelber, glanzfeiner Farbe und einer weißen, festen Schaumkrone.
Geruch leicht nach Malz und ganz fein nach frischer Hefe. Die Rezenz (der „Kohlensäure“ Gehalt des Bieres) ist moderat, dadurch sehr mild beim trinken. Runder, weicher Abgang, der zum Nachtrinken anregt. Passt, da dieses Bier nicht aufdringlich ist zu allen Speisen.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, grainy and strawy aroma, light biscuity, pale malty interludes. Taste is fairly bitter hoppy, minimally grainy and strawy pale malty in a very clean mode, a light biscuity, pale malty touch with little residual sweetness as well. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, well crafted, well balanced - nice.

Freudenberger Hell, 5,1 %, Flasche per Post von Mein-Biershop.de. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase gerstiges helles Malz, Vanille, Heu, aromatisch zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. – Antrunk schlank und schön „hart“ gerstig-hellmalzig mit milder Zitronenschale und Heu. Milde, gut eingebundene Malzsüße. Durchschnittlich rezent, leicht trocken. Im Abgang ausreichende Herbe. - Sauberes Helles mit der leicht harten gerstigen Note, die ich so mag, dazu für ein Helles gut gehopft. Schön.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.
