New style that will surprise you, we have made a Dark mild and nothing better than collaborating with the British brewery Docks Beer to make this English style.

It has a dark brown color with dense foam, a light body and an aroma of biscuits and toffee. It is a very tasty beer, flavored with cereals, caramel and biscuits, light chocolate notes and above all very easy to drink due to the light body and low alcohol content. Ideal for explorers and malt lovers.

Malts: Barley malt, Crystal and Biscuit malt.
Hops: East Kent Golding.

Cask @ IX Fira de la Cervesa Artesana de Jafre. Lone cask beer at the fest, special for El Birrot and tapped by Isaac - 1€ pour, crazy good beer given the hot t° of the day.
Ambrée-cuivre assez trouble, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais, malté léger caramel et biscuité avec un grillé en rétro-nasal qui apporte aussi qcq fins effluves de café et de chocolat. Rétro modéré des houblons - nobles très anglais.

Palais est délicieux - la cask change tout, effet onctueux en bouche, faible effervescence, léger malté grillé avec une petite pointe de café et de biscuité en retrait. Fruits noirs, houblonné noble - red berries, léger chocolaté, petite note de caramel sur la fin. L'apport houblonné anglais confère un léger fini mentholé et herbacé.
