This collab was brewed with White Dog Brewery. When we exchanged ideas about this collab, we quickly came to the conclusion that we needed to create what we are both known for, so we brewed a hazy New England Style DIPA (8.5%). The hop blend consists of Citra, Vic Secret and HBC 630. Citra has a strong citrus profile. Vic Secret contains elements of tropical fruits, spices and pine with notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Finally, HBC 630 is complex and fruity, with sweet fruits and berries such as raspberry and cherry with notes of peach and banana. This creates a true taste explosion in your glass! We used a good dose of oats for the silky smooth mouthfeel. The beer is fermented with the well-known London Fog yeast.

light golden amber color. Nice apricot nose with a touch of pith. Modestly tart, dry excellent fruit character. Not amazing depth but solid.

Hoppy and fruity, citrus and grapefruit, for some reason some dry barrel. Didn't read the description so a bit mesmerized. Nice though.

CD 01/06. Hazy yellow, some white head. Smell is fruity, bright, pineapple. Decent body, some nice carbonation. Fairly dry, soft bitter finish. Good amount of fruity hops, dry yellow tropics, some pine, and a hint of stone fruit. My guys never disappoint.

Can. Hazy yellow. Massive juicy hops, oats, wheat, creamy grains, grassy green hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.

From tap @ CBH 2022. Poured light orange in color. White head. Citric, fresh, grapefruity. Fairly dry finish. Nice.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, tropical fruit, blueberry hints. Taste: Hoppy, grassy notes, subtle spicy notes, citrus fruit, tropical fruit like mango, passionfruit and pineapple and hints of blueberry and peach..Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice complexity, ok beer. A bit too sweet and lacking bitterness for me.
