This is a 5.3% New Zealand style Pale. We've used Nelson Sauvin for a "quintessentially New Zealand" fruity and tropical flavour profile, along with Motueka which brings notes of lemon and lime.

Cask at the Golden Eagle Lincoln. Lightly hazed amber colour with a white head. Slight funky fruit and sweet. Medium body.

Keg @ Kings Yard. Misty golden orange appearance, good white head. Aroma brings pleasant NZ hop fruit encompassing melon, lemon and white grape. Continues to taste with lime notes emerging, great balanced hop character, pintworthy and then some. Soft bitterness on the close. Good stuff.
