TDHND DIPA - Triple Dry Hop, No Dextrose
We enjoyed our first attempt at a Triple Dry Hopped No Dextrose double India Pale Ale so much that we have re-brewed it with huge quantities of Citra, Mosaic and Strata hops added on three separate cold side occasions.
Big, creamy and utterly saturated.
Hot side: Citra, Mosaic, Strata
Cold side: Citra, Mosaic, Strata

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma is quite dank, tropical fruits, peach. Taste is big dank weedy notes, passionfruit, mango, peach, piney resin. Medium-full bodied, very smooth. No booze. Excellent.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is tropical fruit, peach, sweet citrus, pineapple. Taste is grapefruit, sackloads of sweet citrus & tropical fruit. Full on fruity mouthfeel. Spot on.

Can at home in the garden, 26th June 22. Pours a yellow orange. Aroma is orange and grapefruit, candied peel. Taste is orange and grapefruit, pithy, some pine, smooth, good level of bitterness in this one, more pithy citrus and grapefruit in the linger. Excellent

Keg at Farmers Boy, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a healthy off white head on top. Hoppy, orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Nice rich tasting, smooth DIPA from Verdant.

Can at home, from HOTM online or was it Docker in the Goods Shed, 14/06/22. Murky orange yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is grapefruit, ripe tropical fruit esters, pine resin, weed, grass, raw pineapple, hop spice, dextrose, guava, Um Bongo rip. Taste comprises bitter orange, ripe melon, stoned fruit esters, papaya, grapefruit, pine resin, hop spice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with danko come resinous hop bitterness with a rising boost offered. Solid DIPA.
