@ Dok. Dry, notes of apple skin, tart pears., rather tart, not very well balanced, onedimensional. Not my favourite perry.

Pale champagne colour with lasting carbonation. Nice that this is not sugary sweet. It has a gentle pear flavour and a little green apple tartness. Well balanced overall with a pleasant dry finish.

Cloudy light yellow to straw yellow perry, no head. Aroma: a bit yeasty, funky, fruity, some apple juice, apple skin, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, pretty yeasty, pears, apple juice, a little sourish, some tannins, ok. Aftertaste: rather dry, funky, pears, sweet touch.
