For this summer twist on our criquet, we let it ferment for a few months on our house brett culture and then infused it with a generous dose of rhubarb and berries.

Clear pink appearance, no head. Earthy and fruity aroma. Loads of tangy rhubarb. Very fresh and sharp.

Clear pale orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, pretty sharp, fruity, berries, floral, rhubarb acidity, good stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet at first, some alcohol notes are noticeable, fruity, juicy, quite some rhubarb, very acidic. Aftertaste: very dry, spicy, fruity, pleasant, good acidity, more fruity notes, a little bitter, lemony, lovely beer!
