0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 13.09.2026. Cloudy golden, one finger white head. Soft grainy aroma, little bit citrus, metallic hints. Taste starts with increasing grainy bitterness, caramel and some citrus in the second row. Mid carbonated. Too much on the bitterhop side only imho.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, and lacing, white head. Rather weak, floral-grassy, hoppy and pale malty aroma, a touch of lemon tea, whiffs of protein, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is spicy, pale malty, slightly floral-grassy, herbal hoppy and minimally peppery, yeasty spicy, slightly doughy yeasty as well, a touch of thistle, tea, some protein. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Nice composition, a bit cautious and subdued though - OK.

Bottle:Golden, hazy, smaller and quite stable white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet aroma of herbal to earthy hops, some fruity traces included, delicate malty background; moderate to robust dry bitter flavour, a mild sweetness is only hard to detect, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering fruity-hoppy finish. O.K. …

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before February 2023. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. A little sweetish, gently grassy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, some hay and a touch of lemon peel. Hardly sweet, gently bitter, fairly dry, quite grassy and moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, white pepper and light lemon peel, followed by a short, quite bitter, rather dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Pils, quite crisp but not overly aromatic.
