Ein Pils aus Bayern -und was für eines: Selten ein so ein intensiv bitteres und auch spritziges Pils getrunken -auch aus Nordeutschland. Es hat tiefe grasige Hopfennoten was die ohnehin enorme Spritzigkeit noch weiter erhöht. Allerdings ist es zu aggressiv sprudelig und die BItterkeit etwas zu unharmonisch. Es ist nicht unbedingt schlecht, aber da gibt es bessere.

Hofbräuhaus Traunstein Pils, Fläschchen von Ambrosetti, Berlin. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase getreidiges helles Malz, Vanille, Honig, stumpfer herbaler Hopfen. - Antrunk satt und tief getreidig-hellmalzig mit feiner Honigsüße. Eine intensive herbale Bittere mit trockener Zitronenschale reibt sich am schweren Malz. Milder rezent, vollmundig, etwas hart im Mund. Im Abgang solide Herbe. - Malzschweres, kräftig aber wenig elegant gehopftes süddeutsches Pils. Brauchbar.

(Bottle, Foersters Feine Biere, Steglitz, Berlin, 9 May 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass and hay. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, grass and a balanced grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Tap @ Ortnerhof Ruhpolding. Pale blonde. Malty bready flavor. Well hopped with grassy hops. Medium bodied. No specific aroma. Not bad.

From tap at Cafe Bar Suedwest with HDI and RRV 27.07.17. Clear pale golden. Bright white head and lacing. Moderate aroma and fine taste of German hops and pale pilsner malt.

Many thanks for this bottle to Beerhunter111. Poors clear and golden with white head. Herbs and grass aroma. Clear hop aroma and nice fitting bitterness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.
