5 4 5 3 10Draft at Independence Taproom, Mumbai.  First India Imperial Stout I’ve seen!  Black with a beige head.  Aroma of licorice, brett.  Oh damn it’s infected, shame!  Roasty notes and dark chocolate behind the infection but it’s just not right.  Flavour is above moderate sweet and light to moderate sour.  Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.  Really wanted this one to be good but unfortunately it wasn’t to be.
