0.33 l bottle from 'AleHub', best before May 2024. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of apricot, lemon and light wheat. Minimally sweet, quite sour, rather fruity taste of apricot, lemon and a touch of wheat, followed by a short, quite tart, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft. Simple but solid fruited Weisse.

It is what it says it would be: a berliner weisse with apricot! Pretty juicy, lots of apricot. While not as awesome as peach, the fruit is very nicely used. A touch more about the fruit than the berliner. Light, refreshing.
