Ceramic mug. Fruity hop aroma. Fresh, juicy character. Toasty malt accent up front and quite dry in the finish. On the surface nothing special, but it is so quaffable and balanced you don’t think about it, you just drink it.

Bottle, 5.2%. Buttery aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very big creamy off-white head. The flavour is not as buttery as the aroma. Quite clean flavour, perhaps a hint of butter. Good bitterness. Very drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small head. Fairly dry and a bit dusty with well rounded mid sized body. Deep buttery malt provides most of the festivities. Hops seem distant at first, but surface late to give some bitterness.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Yeasty, slightly sweet malty nose with a delicate, spicy hops character. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Grainy malty taste with moderate yeasty notes and a subtle fruity touch; medium-dry, sweet malty and slightly hoppy and tart finish with a lasting grainy aftertaste.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, and leading to a slightly bitter finish. Very refreshing.

(On tap) Hazy pilsener golden with a fine, creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Soft and rather sweet malt aroma and a very smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied, sweetish malty accents with some fruit and a vague tartness. A dry finish. 091106
