An American Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner Malt, Wheat and Spelt. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with Simcoe and a newer variety of hop on the scene, Sabro. Pungent notes of lemon-lime citrus, pina colada, and pineapple smoothies.

Very effervescent. Lemon lime soda, with some pineapple flavor. Very good pale ale.

Cloudy yellow color with foamy white head. Medium bodied. Aroma while there is head remaining is sweet citrus and heavy on the pineapple. Once the head is gone the aroma is more just pine. The taste is also just straightforward pine, with aftertaste not very enjoyable.
