YG 241023. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is pine, chocolate, roasted malt. ...flavor is pine, chocolate, alcohol, roasted malt, coffee, oranges, cocoa. Nice beer.

Bottle. It pours an unclear brown body under a small beige head. A bit weak aroma, with roasted malts, coffee hints, dark chocolate and a wee touch of orange. Cocoa too. It's a bit thin on the palate, with a gentle carbonation. Mostly on the dry side. Roasted malts, milk chocolate, toffee hints and some notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and orange zest. Medium length finish with some biscuity maltyness in addition to the roasted malts and other elements known from the initial flavor. Quite nice this one, but a bit too dull. 231024

Brown with off white head - Roasted malt aroma - Roasted malt body with some chocolate flavours - Malt goes into the finish with bitterness - This was nice

330 ml stubby bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.8%. Hazy deep brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head, poor retention. Aroma of pale chocolate malts, thin coffee, chocolate and a hint of orange zest, but less than expected. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavour with the same elements as the aroma, not too sweet, the orange notes are more distinct now, moderate bittering hops in the finish. Not bad, but could have been better.
