Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Rancid butter in the aroma. Packed with diacetyl. Malt flavor with hay, citrus and rancid butter. Yoghurt. Limey mouthfeel. A disaster!

bottle from Coop Kreuzlingen. A few years after the closure of Bärlocher, Weinfelden TG has a new brewery. As they ar just at the beginning, it seems that at the moment their beer is brewed elsewhere in Switzerland (I guess Locher Appenzell, due to the bottles and crown cap) Hazy pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Yeasty nose. Medium-bodied, malty and quite yeasty with a buttermilk sourness and a shy fruity touch. Shy hop flavours in the finish.
