Pale golden colour, minimal white head; aroma and taste of grains, some minimal toffee, hints of herbal notes and some alcohol; marginally better than the original version of Feldschlösschen

50cl can from Coop, St. Gallen. The beer starts grainy and sweetish. Not too intense, grainy neutral. Fresh but not too dep. Grainy aftertaste with hints of sweetness without much bitterness. Sad and unround.

21.08.2015 -- pours clear light golden colour with a medium white head and some lacing. malty, slightly metallic, grainy aroma. flavour malts, honey, grains. no bitterness whatsoever. very mellow. 01.03.2019 -- cans from coop in basel. pours a nice golden with a frothy head. hay and slightly soapy hops on the nose. bready, fizzy carbonation.

Cannette de 50cl de Coop, Moudon. Dorée léger, col blanc0 Arôme au profil typique de pils, malt pils assez pauvre avec un houblonné très noble qui manque à se faire sa place. Palais est malt pils, sec et poussiéreux, houblonné noble en retrait ajoutant un citronné et léger fleuri minimaliste qui rend l’amertume secondaire. Bref, on s’ennuie.

Nicht nur die edle goldene Dose will hier ein Premuim-Bier andeuten. Es ist etwas stärker gehopft als das einfache Feldschlösschen und auch etwas vollmundiger, vom Aroma her ist es aber zu wenig ausgeglichen und wirkt einfach übertrieben. Muss man nicht unbedingt getrunken haben.

pale golden color. Medium retention and some lacings left Quite grainy too but it lacks on hops and bitterness. Metallic aftertaste Light taste.

Can. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle: Golden, almost no head, papery-grassy nose, dry bitter flavour, light bodied, flat; short sourish-papery finish with a bitter end. Rich country, poor beer.....

(bottle, 27.5cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Doughy malty aroma with a grassy touch and notes of cardboard. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Papery malty taste with doughy notes; slightly hoppy finish with notes of cardboard in the aftertaste. 06.VI.11
