Pure good with a small white head.Nose shows dank hops, herbal and spicy, along with soft clean malt.Flavours include more spicy, herbal, earthy and piny hops along with clean malt and a slight bready character. Very clean.

Can. Cloudy orangish amber with a white head that settles to a fat coat. Aroma of a mixture of citrus - orange, kumquat, grapefruit, blossoms - hints of tropical fruit, peach and pine. Slightly biscuity underneath. Clean. Rich enough sweet pale malt supports the fruit before resin creeps up before a finish that in the return to WCIPA way is pretty modest (a little more would have been good for me). Good.

A beautifully crafted WCIPA wafts from the can, and springs onto my tongue but the longer it goes, the more it disappears. Aromas of honey, biscuit, pine needles, resin and the slightest hint of stonefruit give way to a nice fruity, citrusy taste, but the malt backbone is lacking and the beer never seems to reach the back of your throat.
