Can. Black with a 2cm tan head. Aroma of chicory, roast, tired berries, charred rope, vanilla. Some red wine touches and a nod towards sour red but still a stout with roast and nectarine and spice-tinged bitterness obvious before peppery oak. Soft textured with very well hidden alcohol. Reminds me of a less assertive Bridge Rd Brew 2000. Won't be for everyone but I really like it.
