Post Level 6 Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 26/11/22. Black with a tan covering that veers edgewards. Nose is dark malts, spice, herb, chocolate, sherry notes, oak, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises dark malts, light roast, spice, chocolate, dates, raisins, definitely more port barrel than sherry in the taste, red berry skins. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Solid.

Bottle. at the columbus tasting 24/11/2022. Many thanks to A dark brown coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, caramel, toffee, caramac bar. . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy fruit, caramel, jammy cocoa, gateaux. liquorice, black liquoruce. Palate is thick chewy, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours black-brown with a small, bubbly tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour with notes of dark fruits, chocolate, light roast, berries. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more berries, cocoa, roast. Good stuff.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko. Black coloured, minimal brownish head, alcohol and weak raspberry in the nose. Sweet roasted malt, oily, alcohol, chocolate, notes of raspberries and wood with some licorice in the finish.

Bottle at Goblet, with Ogi. Brown-black body, no head. Raisin and port aroma, alcohol, sweetish. Sweet raspberry jam taste, vague peaty notes, chocolatey malty notes, lovely, some vague alcohol. Very drinkable really for the ABV.
