Honey colour, refreshing summery blend of fruity Cox, Egremont and Bramley apples with a soft tannic finish. A great session cider!

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, alittle spice hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy fruity, slightly tart, with solventy funk hints, some acidity and soft tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium finish. Nicely drinkable.

29/7/2022. From BIAB at The Harwich Redoubt Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear pale golden orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet apples, citrus, light spice, caramel, funky notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily, soft to flat carbonation. Light dry and tart finish. Very nice.
