330ml bottle from Pilton. Sparkling, golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, juicy, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, fruity, caramel note, with some light funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbination, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
