This gently pétillant cider is a 100% expression of the wonderful Egremont Russet, wild fermented in tank before bottling with a little cryo-extracted juice to bring about a small, second fermentation in the bottle.
It’s as pure an expression of the variety as we’ve ever made. Everything that makes it great is on display. Pretty florality, succulent yellow and green fruits, aniseed, nut skin and juicy acid in a beautiful, glacially fresh and textured cider.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple, tropical fruit hint, mellow citric. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, juicy and fleshy, with some core, yellow apple, pineapple hint, and citric acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry juicy acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
