750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale yellow colour, fizzy white bubbly head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of perry pear, quince, fruity. Taste is tropical fruity hint, perry pear, with floral, quince notes, and some light citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
