Our interpretation of a Belgian Tripel, lightly spiced with Curaçao bitter orange peel, Maniguette pepper and Indian Coriander. Brewed with Abbaye yeast this dangerously drinkable pale amber beer has complex flavours of rich malt, oranges and a crisp hop finish.

Malt: Extra Pale. Light Munich, Caragold, Light Crystal, Fairtrade Demerara Syrup, Best Ale
Hops: Žatec, Curaçao bitter orange peel, Maniguette pepper, Indian Coriander

440ml can. Gluten Free. Deep amber gold colour, white foam head leaving patchy lacing and aroma of malt, bready, caramel note. Taste is tangy, malt, bready, toffee, caramel, yeast hint with some nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, boozy finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.
