750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of perry pear, floral, ripe fruity, some oily funk. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, tangy, drying, some fruity, floral notes, citric with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
