19/X/24 - 33cl bottle, shared @ Umamido restaurant (Gent), BB: 30/III/25 (2024-1138)
Pretty clear light yellow beer, big creamy irregular white head, stable, adhesive, leaving some patches of lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty, ripe banana, some coriander, some citrus, slightly floral, a fruity touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, citrus, lots of banana, yeasty. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, fruity, some green apples, citrus, zesty, no ginger though?
