Sample from bottle @ Juova, Helsinki. Funky, fruity and slightly floral with some vinous oaky notes, vanilla and bourbon, mild bretta tartness and vinegary sourness. Sample from bottle 750ml at Cool Head Craft Beer Garden Festival. Poured light amber in color. Apple, mild toffee/caramel notes, fruits and acidicness. Wood and dark fruits. Tart and notes of barrel. Very tasty brew.

(Bottle, a sample, at Craft Beer Garden 2022) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit, wood and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, fruitiness, wood, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, fruity, tart and bitter. A tasty tatrt brew.

0,75l bottle from the brewery. Bottled 2/2022, bbe 1.6.2027. Clear orange golden beer with quite small and quickly vanishing head. Aroma has yeast, apple, caramel, berries, oak, funky and sour notes. Flavor has oak, funky and sour notes combined with dried fruits, apple mainly. Full body. Not really tripel, rather heavy sour. As good as first and second blend, can't make much difference. Bit smoother than second blend but not so beautiful head.
