375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange golden colour with small, creamy, fading, white head; some chunks settle after a while. Intensely woody, slightly tangy, bretty, yeasty funky and vinous fruity aroma, notes of oak, white wine, white grapes, hints of white balsamico, tropical fruit, a touch of overripe pineapple, whiffs of passion fruit. Taste is sweet-and-sour, vinous fruity, woody, slightly tangy and bretty, yeasty funky, notes of oak, white grapes, white wine, white balsamico, blue grapes, a touch of pineapple, passion fruit, sherry; minimally pungent finish.
Watery texture, slightly astringent and minimally dry palate, fine, soft, carbonation.
Well balanced albeit a tad disharmonious, pleasing residual sweetness, mild brett but a bit too oaky; somewhat uninviting appearance - good, not outstanding.
