Brown colour, small frothy head that disappears after a while. Aroma is redcurrant, toast, a bit of citrus hops, honey. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Full body, soft carbonation. Fantastic!

Smell of sweet malt, oak, rum. Bronze colour, beige head. Aroma of gin, oak, vanilla, rum, malt. Very sweet. Foamy carbon. Excellent.

(Can, 0.33 l, from the brewery, 20220305) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had toasted malts, toffee and rum. Palate was medium bodied, warming and dry with medium. Flavours were malts, alcohols, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody thin and bitter. A disappointing brew.

Can at Ardes residence, Helsinki. Color is murky light Brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, raisins, some barrel elements... pretty dry but surprosingly watery Barley wine.

33cl can. Tasting at Ardes. Poured golden in color. Mostly some toffee and rhum in aroma. Sweet, light to medium bodied. OK.
