Gone Boy is a two part serie - both beers celebrating the last beers brewed at Pien Brewpub. We thought these beers were lost, but we were able to secure us a couple of kegs - available ONLY at Pien Shop. Drink while reminiscing good times in Sörnäinen.

Draught @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Smooth, juicy tropical fruity and citrusy with some floral hops, pine and grapefruit. Pretty nice.

Tap at Pien Shop, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, hops and malts.

Hoppy and juicy, nicely bitter. Grapefruit, some tropical fruit, finishes dry. Very similar to part I but without the raw onion and herbals, a bit more fruit. Very nice. Kippis brewpub.

Tap @ Pien Shop. Poured hazy light orange in color. Grapefruity hoppy aroma, ripe fruits and mango. Warming. Full bodied. Borderline hop burn, but acceptable. Nice!

(Keg at Pien Shop, 20220114) The beer poured pale yellow and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tangerine, mango and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, spruce sprouts, mango, tangerine and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A tasty and complex hoppy brew with good bitter finish.
