Tap@sopp2014. Unclear golden, thick white head. Fruity,mostly citrus, some cookies and nutty notes in the back. Flavor is malty with citrusy notes, biscuits, some yeast. Bitter, dry finish. Enjoyable.

Smell of hops, soap. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, spruce, earth. Mildly bitter, watery. Soft but rich carbon. Light body, watery texture.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki, 20140724) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, honey and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, malts, wort, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, sweetness and bitterness. Too sweet and the something wort-like was confusing.

Cask at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is cloudy golden with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, grape, some berries and malts. Quite juicy and too flat even for real ale. Drinkable.

Aroma has lots of toffee and some peaches. Flavour has herbal tones, gooseberry bush leaves and some fruity and peachy tones. Also grapefruit. A bit bitter in a harsh herbal way, too old hops?
