Smell of yeast, wheat, banana. Hazy amber colour, no head. Hits you in the face with acid and carbon. Aroma of acid, yeast, finishes with fruit and citrus. Heavily fizzy carbon. Too aggressive. Heavyish body.

Tap@sopp2014. Unclear golden, thin white head. Soury, wheaty, citrusy, mild barnyard notes. Flavor has tartness, wheat, hops, citrus. Mouthdrying, tart, tasty. Love the tartness here. Quite flat.

Pours hazy yellowish with a tiny head. Aroma of tartish fruits, yeast, citrus and earthy notes. Taste is tartish, citrusy and sourish with some yeast and wheaty notes. Finish is sourish and tartish with some wheat and yeast. Feels more like a berliner weisse than a hefeweizen.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2014) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had sourness, clove, fruitiness and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, clove, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. Nice berliner weisse but a very weird hefeweizen.
