Draught@St. Urho's Pub's Sahtipäivät 2015. Deep ambery brown colour with a small brown long lasting head, which leaves some lace. Aroma has some bananas, mild yeast, some toffee and a bit rye bready elements. Flavour is rye bread, some bananas, wheat, yeast and mild toffee tones. Smooth.

Tap @ St. Urho’s Sahtipäivät 2015. Dark brown, thin brown but lasting off white head. Bready aroma, coffee, yeast. Flavor has banana, wheat, yeast and bread. Dunkel weizen like. I’m open minded.

(Keg at St. Urho’s Pub XIX sahtipäivät, 2014) The beer poured dark reddish brown. Its head was small and white. Aroma had caramel, sweentness and mildly juniper. Palate was medium bodied and watery with noticeable carbonation. Flavours were caramel, juniper, sweetness, malts and low bitterness. Afteraste had sweetness and caramel. Tasted like an ale with a lot of caramel malts and hardly any carbonation.

Draught @ St. Urhon Sahtipäivät 2014
Aroma has licorice, some strong bready tones and some hay. Perhaps some smoky tones too. Flavour has licorice, some spicy tones and ripe bananas. Also alcohol is present in the background, but it does not disturb. Not the most typical sahti at all its breadiness. Not bad anyway.

Dark murky color, no head. Aroma of juniper, banana and some licorice herbs. Medium-bodied. Juniper, semi-sweet banana, interesting roasted notes, some bean-vegetably flavors. Aftertaste has even some ashy notes. Decent first Sahti from this nano brewery.
