Tap@ black door. Near black with a thin brown head. Woody, dark fruity aroma, plummy. Flavor has plums, light soury notes, wood. Bit thin for an IS.

(Keg at Black Door, 20160319) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had dark chocolate, creamy coffee and caramel. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, dark chocolate, creamy coffee, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had liquorice, sweetness and bitterness. A very sweet imperial stout.

Draught @ Black Door, Helsinki. Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma of roasty malts, licorice, berries, chocolate and hints of earthiness. Taste is sweet, earthy and slightly roasty with some syrup, licorice and dark chocolate. Finish is sweet, heavy and slightly roasty with some syrup, licorice and dark chocolate. Okay,slightly unbalanced.
