Draught@Lepakkomies, Helsinki. Black colour, beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, toasted, some herbs, roast and ashy tones. Flavour is chocolate, coffee, mild alcohol, some roast and mild ashy tones.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Woody on the nose, some vinous elements, mild tartness. Hint of vanilla perhaps. Flavor is awesome with salty licorice, roastedness, oatmeal and vanilla. Quite complex brew. I like the slight tartness in both aroma and flavor. Feels woody, at the same times good drinkability. Long finish.

(Keg at Sivukirjasto, 20161226) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had liquorice, vanilla, ash and mildly vineousness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate, burnt malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A tasty burnt brew with woody notes.

Tap at Roosters’ Oulu,Oulu. Colour is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweet chocolate and roasted malts. Nice flavors.

Tap at Pub Winston. Opaque black color, brownish head. Aroma has coffee, toasted malts, licorice. Full-bodied. Roasted malty, coffeish, even a bit burned. Finish has bitterness. Ok but a bit rough.
