Bottle. Pale yellow colour, small head, which vanishes fast. Aroma is green apple skins, some sufites, mild herbs and mild earth. Flavour is apple, some earth, herbs and mild sulfites with minerals as well. Not that nice this bottle atleast.

On tap at Black Door, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet red apples, some apple core, and slight vinous character. Flavour is very dry, with crisp green apple skins and some wine yeast to dry this out. I don't understand all the hate this cider is getting - pretty solid dry cider.

Aroma is rather acidic with some green apples, gastric acid. Flavour is acidic, but a bit short and thin with some green apples and mild milky tones. Nothing offensive here but this needs a lot more everything.

375ml bottle from Alko. Bbe 31.07.2018. Poured unclear light yellow color. Quite fizzy. Sulphur notes in aroma. Tart, green apples. Sour, tart notes, green apples. Refreshing, mild funky. Acidic. Pretty nice, despite the sulphur.
