Tap at SOPP Hki 2017. Smell of malts, whisky, oak, a faint of smoke. Very dark brown colour, dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, oak, smoke, peat. Soft but plentiful carbon. Medium bitter, also some sweetness. Awesome. Surprisingly light body for this ABV.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2017) The beer poured black. No head. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla and whisky. Palate was full bodied and sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, vanilla, whisky and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, woody and bitter. A nice burnt and woody brew but lacks fullness.

Draught @ SOPP 2017. Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of roasty malts, whisky, oak, wood and chocolate. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and sweetish with some coffee, chocolate, oak, wood and vanilla. Finish is smooth and sweetish with some roastiness, coffee, chocolate and wood. Nice.

Draught @ sopp 2017. Poured near black with a thin brown head. Aroma has clear barrel notes, whiskey and vanilla. Mild smoke notes. Flavor has whiskey, roasted malt, wood and licorice. Long warming finish.
